In-home ultrasound training courses
Volunteer model participation for training sessions

Our services are intended for educational and keepsake purposes only.

We do not provide medical diagnoses
Our services do not replace professional medical advice
Any images or observations should be reviewed with your healthcare provider

If you have any medical concerns, please consult a licensed physician.

Booking & Payments

A full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App.
- Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna and Afterpay.
- Payment Processing: Secure payments handled via Stripe.
All sales for 3D sonogram keepsake services are final unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Training Courses

Cancel at least 24 hours to 30 days in advance: eligible for a refund minus the processing fee
Late cancellations: no refund, one-time reschedule allowed
No-shows: no refund or reschedule

3D Sonogram Keepsake Services

Cancel at least 24 hours: full refund
Late cancellations: partial refund
No-shows: no refund

Volunteer Model Consent

If you participate as a volunteer model:

You agree to be scanned by students for training purposes
You understand no medical diagnosis or report will be provided
You may withdraw your consent at any time during the session
Any images taken will remain non-identifiable unless you give written permission

Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Gentle Touch Sono Lab is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
Participation in training sessions is at your own risk, including possible minor discomfort

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

Treat staff, students, and participants respectfully
Avoid attending sessions while sick
Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines
Respect others ‘ privacy by not recording or photographing others without permission

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal without a refund.

Intellectual Property

Gentle Touch Sono Lab owns all materials, content, and training resources.

You may not copy, share, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any legal matters will be handled in courts located in New York County (Manhattan).
